Could this be the same little girl from my earlier post Sparkle, Shirley Sparkle? The hair seems to be the same colour and texture, the parting is on the same side, and the posing is familiar. Even the choice of hair bow and colour tones used in the tinting is similar.  I would guess she would be three or four years older than Arline (See an image of her, below). These three photobooth images were for sale on Ebay this year. The bidding was way out of the reach of this collector, which is a shame for me if this is the same little girl.
