After “The Mummy” – 3 July 1999
3 July 1999, Chadstone, Melbourne
This is my brother-in-law, Timo and his son Cal, with me peeking in from the side.
There was a booth outside the cinema complex at Chadstone Shopping Centre that I used whenever I could. This was taken after seeing the movie The Mummy with Brendan Fraser. Baby Calvin slept through most of the film. If he squawked he was taken out briefly for a stroll by one of his parents, until he settled.
This strip of photos is from my series Photobooth 41 Year Project which documents my life from the age of 11, through photobooth photos. You can see all the posts in the series by clicking here.

I can hear his thumping great boots going up the stairs from here, that’s where!! I actually couldn’t remember what had happened that exact night. I just made it up based on another film we went to see with him (Where there was no photobooth to record the event.) So thrilled you looked at my blog and commented, Sis!

Looks like Calvin was a little more cooperative than last we saw him. You would think some people would be a little more respectful of the sanctity of The Photo Booth… well, what can you say about those sisters? I love the last photo.
Was this a 5 photo strip with the top photo cut off?

No, but I can see what you mean. I can only guess that Sue and Tim did a strip first and kept that one for themselves. Did you get my email, Mr Strutz? Thanks, thanks, thanks again!!!
